Smashing Swedish w/Deep Tissue

Relaxes the chronic pain patterns of tension throughout the body W/slow strokes. Deep pressure over the muscles, tendons is a gradual process. So please be patient, re-lax and allow the tension to slowly leave your body.
Couples Massage
(60 minutes) $140.00
Two people simultaneously receive a Smashing Swedish Massage in the same room with your loved one,relaxing and experiencing your Massages together.
Hurts So Good- Neuromuscular (NMT)
(60 minutes) $80.00
This involves massage techniques to assist specifically in identifying pain Patterns using orthopedic assessments before/after the massage to evaluate Range-of-motion (ROM). Usually requires repeated sessions.
Knead to Relax the Back, Chair Massage (Note: Home massages NOT available)
(2 hour minimum $160.00)
(Corporate Settings: 3 hour min. $250.00)
Fully Clothed massage with kneading, shiatsu compressions that focus on the back, shoulders, neck and arms. This can be performed in small spaces such as corporate offices, outdoor sporting events, locker rooms, trade shows and many more. It only takes between 10- 15 minutes to relax the back.
Pamper Me Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage

Massage during pregnancy is a great way to relieve everyday tension and the general aches and pains your body is suffering. Second Trimester it will relieve backaches, leg cramps, headaches, and reduce fatigue. Swedish strokes of kneading and gliding will relax your muscles and stimulate blood flow. Along with increase muscle tone and flexibility. Mom to be will be positioned on her side to give me access to your back along with being supported by additional pillows. Pre-natal Massage is safe and healthy throughout your Pregnancy.
Tips for the Toes, Reflexology
(60 minutes) $80.00
Kneading, slow strokes which uses the thumb and finger pressure to bring about relaxation through massaging coordinating body organs through the soles of your foot. Reduces stress, improves circulation, and great for those who are new to the art of massage. Allow the soles of your feet to be soothed through Reflexology.

(Begins at $45 per person - 2 1/2 hrs)
